Sonja Swift who served as a program advisor to Swift Foundation has transitioned to the Swift Foundation Board of Directors. We extend a deep appreciation and gratitude to Sonja for her support and contribution to the staff and our programs, and we now look forward to her continuing work on the Board. Sonja was instrumental in cultivating and developing strong relationships with grantee partners and with other funders. Her respect and commitment to Indigenous Peoples supported a re-envisioning of the Foundation’s mission and advanced the Indigenous based model of grant making now developed
and being implemented.
